This Zune FAQ website for frequently asked questions was created to help the Zune.net and Zune community. I have noticed while conversing with fellow Zuners on the community boards that Microsoft’s FAQ and knowledgebase is a little insufficient on common issues users are having as well as frequent questions.
This site is created and ran by me, Julian, with compilations to frequent questions regarding the Zune software and Zune device. I will update this site frequently with solutions to frequent problems I see on the forum boards.
