Why does my Zune restart when listening to music?

This is a well known issue that many have pointed out on the Zune.net community forums. There are two ways to “fix” this issue:
1.) Return your Zune and exchange it for a new one at the place you bought it.
2.) Call Microsoft Zune Support if your return window has expired at the store you bought it at. Microsoft will ship you a box to send your Zune in for repair and they will end up replacing it for you free of charge.
