Sometimes a simple solution is fixing the problem with the DRM on your computer. That is what allows the Zune software to actually be able to obtain rights to play the music. You can try to reset/upgrade here (make sure you use Internet Explorer):

If the button is grayed out, your options just became a bit more limited. You can try more troubleshooting for that same problem here:

If this doesn’t work, try simple things, like clearing out all of your temp files/reset Internet Explorer to default settings. Make sure your computer is fully up to date.
